Four lives are upended by a mysterious set of teas that channel love, wealth, and power. 

There are only three types of tea available for order in a shop that has no patrons, one table, and a sad sagging plant: Love, Power, and Wealth. Seeking refuge from the pelting London rain, three friends, Agatha, Odey, and Shri, stumble upon the shop and place their orders, not realizing it will change their lives.

Murder mystery writer, Agatha, orders the Love tea. She’s still raw after her father’s death, but a chance meeting with a dashing English professor gives her hope for a new family in the future.  

Odey, an underappreciated research scientist, orders the Power tea. She thinks her company’s annual lab competition is her chance to excel, despite the toxic work environment. She needs a win after her partner’s miscarriage.

Former restaurateur, Shri, is tired of always being one bill behind. The Wealth tea doesn’t pay off for her, unlike her well-to-do friends.

Then there’s Neil, the teashop owner whose life was upended by the very teas he sells. He knows the teas are unpredictable, but that doesn’t stop him. He has a promise he needs to fulfill.

Not one of them is prepared for the tumultuous journeys the teas take them on. And not even Neil has the courage to drink the fourth and final tea.
